Automated Guest Texts
Imagine that any day a guest checks in they get an automated email - customized by you, welcoming them to your property The text may say something like the below, but can be customized to fit your needs.
Hi {FirstName}, I just wanted to take a minute and welcome you to {Property} in {City} {State}. We look forward to hosting your 5-star stay and certainly let us know if there are any issues, questions or concerns that would be cause for not receiving 5 stars. I trust that you will otherwise have an amazing stay in {City}. {OwnerFirstName}
The guest will also get a text the day after they depart asking about a review like below or whatever you would like to say.
Hi {FirstName},I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for staying at {Property} in {City} {State}. We hope to see you again and look forward to your positive review. Thanks again - {OwnerFirstName}
In addition, there can be a custom text for days of the week, month or custom dates that you specify as well. This can be useful to notify guests of garbage removal, pool/hot-tub maintenance, snow plowing in winter and so on.
Hi {FirstName}, I just wanted to let you know that tomorrow and every Monday, the pool people will be there for their their regular maintenance. I hope that is not inconvenient, but your safety and upkeep of the property will ensure a quality stay for you as well as the next guest. Thanks again - {OwnerFirstName}
Automated Cleaning Schedule
Imagine every Sunday, an email and/or text goes to your cleaning staff with upcoming cleaning for the next 45 days. If there are no changes from the previous week, no notitification is sent. The email would contain a spreadheet with news dates highlighted in yellow and cancelled booking with strikethru text. The text would be simple and easy to read, while the email and spreadsheet would have more information including contact, number of guests and so on.

Weekly Reminder to Cleaning Staff
An optional weekly reminder can be sent 1x a week to the cleaning staff that will give them the cleaning dates for the next 8 days. It looks like

You, as an owner, want to be notified of these ongoing correspondences and there are several possibilities. One is a daily text notice of what guest is arriving and who is departing.
